Best staff, reasonable prices, the location is stunning and particularly good adjacent to West Bank, the Nile river with good walking distance to city, and the incredibly beautiful garden which is directly at the river Nile.

The hotel does not earn the 5 star luxury quality. Rooms are too small and dark, service is often very neglecting and the buffet food at the restaurant is presented without charme and more like a mass delivery. also the guests in the hotel are not very classy nor chic...

I had the most delightful stay at this hotel. The serene and calm ambiance provided the perfect escape from the chaotic city life. The hotel is conveniently located just a short drive away from the Karnak Temple and Luxor. The staff made me feel right at home and went above and beyond to fulfill all my requests. Special thanks to the receptionist, Fatma, for arranging everything I needed at short notice. Whether you're traveling with friends, as a couple, or with family and children, this hotel has everything you could ask for. The historical backdrop of the city adds to its charm. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and memorable stay.

The chef at this place was extremely loyal and attentive to our needs, the Red Chapel of Hatshepsut, a popular attraction, was conveniently located just 2 km away, and the East bank district is highly recommended and definitely worth exploring.

We were not allocated rooms that looked anything like the pictures on your website. The sofa was actually another bed made of foam! The hotel was more like a one star. The toiletries were a total joke, leaking cheap plastic containers. The two single beds in a very small room were both uncomfortable and lumpy. The room was dark, probably because they were trying to hide all of the dirt! When I asked for a king size bed which I had booked and paid extra for I was told that the hotel did not have any king size beds!!!!One little window which did not open, and the terrace was a joke as you could not sit on it as it was far too small. The mini bar was empty and all night kept making a terrible noise so it was impossible to sleep.

The staff - Best I’ve experienced. Gardens - Wonderful and relaxing, overlooking the Nile. Meals - Good breakfast and dinner. Location - Close to Karnak temple.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Luxor. The location, nestled in peaceful gardens with a view over the Nile, was absolutely beautiful. I loved being able to relax outside the busy city center and enjoy the tranquility of the rural area. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were taken care of. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I expected, including wonderfully firm mattresses and balconies. Plus, having breakfast included in the rate was a great bonus.
